Meet my Warrior

Meet my Warrior is a program of workshops designed to work with individuals or groups to harness their inner source of strength and learn how to access it freely beyond moments of crisis. These empowering workshops can liberate a person (or team) from their self limiting ‘scripts’, discovering new capabilities developing lasting confidence and self-esteem.

We all have the most remarkable source of strength inside us, but few of us build a relationship with it and put it good use on a daily basis.  Many of us are only aware of our hidden strength, or Warrior when confronted with something  frightening, our adrenaline kicks in and we respond without thinking.  From some hidden well of strength we find ourselves fearlessly protecting those we love from harm or fighting off dark shadows.  So hard does our Warrior have to work during these stressful moments (temporarily pumping us full of adrenalin) that it can often leave us feeling depleted and exhausted. Worse still, after the adrenalin has left us, and our warrior is dormant once more, we may be aware we have over-reacted and that an earlier intervention might have avoided the big 'blow out'.  We want to avoid feeling like that, in fact our Warrior can seem quite frightening (I don’t want to lose control!) and so we avoid it.  Our Warrior is dormant again until the next crisis and thus the cycle continues.

In reality, our internal Warriors, accessed correctly, are wise, gentle and strong. Rarely do we take the time to get to know them and discover this wonderful source of strength within us. By building a relationship with our internal Warrior we become more centred, focused and at peace with ourselves and our surroundings.  We make better life choices and have the confidence expressing our voice.

Meet my Warrior is designed to access all of our primary and secondary senses to gain a better understanding of ourselves, build a greater awareness and understanding of somatic (body) responses and gain the confidence to access and use our inner Warrior in service of self and others.
