Spanning a 25+ year period, I have had a successful career as a leader in multiple sectors and geographies. Holding numerous C-suite roles (CEO / COO / MD) for companies in the Innovation, Telco, Publishing, Retail and Strategy space.
I am a qualified Clinical Integrative Psychotherapist.
I have lived and worked in London, Paris and NYC.
On a more personal note …. Before talking about my professional career I wanted to mention here a little more about the person behind the profile. My single greatest achievement that I am most proud of has nothing to do whatsoever with any titles I have held, any promotion or indeed businesses I have helped or investment raised. What I am proud of is that I have raised, as a single mum, my son who became the most extraordinary young man, living his life to the fullest. One of the bravest things I did is recognising that it was time to do what I truly found fulfilling and rewarding - launching my coaching and advisory practice as well as retraining to be a therapist. It was hard work as well as ego-challenging (letting go of the career titles and starting at the beginning all over again) but I realised that the only limitations I had was… me. Meet My Warrior is in many ways the blueprint for my own personal journey; discovering my own inner warrior and working with it to have the courage to find a new path in life that fills me with rewards far beyond any corporate title.
Now for the career blurb… I have in-depth experience in Corporate Strategy, Investment, Marketing, Digital and Trends space and my sector expertise includes Retail, Media, Manufacturing & FMCG all from start-up to corporate. I am an advocate of collaborative ideas and a believer in disruptive thinking. My specialist areas include new market entry, post M&A integration with PE/VC communities, business transformation and turnaround strategies. I was a NED for CO - The Ethical Fashion Group for 4 years.
Together with my business partner, I launched FRED Ldn, a Boutique Management Consultancy (focused primarily on Strategy, Business Advisory and Investment strategy) and am a NED for the DAM International School of Performing Arts. At FRED Ldn we also ran a pro bono service for start-ups offering support and advice on investment and business strategy.
In parallel to this over the past 10 years, I have run a private advisory and coaching practice offering leadership / Board advisory, coaching and strategy to many companies, focusing on Investment and Growth Planning, Strategic Roadmaps and Leadership & Personal Coaching as well as Culture Change programs.
My Therapy Training journey so far..
I qualified as a Clinical Integrative Psychotherapist, with a Transpersonal specialism, at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy (“CCPE”). The CCPE is a member organisation of both the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).
