I specialise in working with boards and leaders to create or refine their strategy, capitalise on new opportunities, overcome market constraints, or define purpose and values. I then develop programs to ensure that new roadmaps are swiftly accepted and embedded within an organisation.  Focusing initially on creating cohesive alignment at board level, these programs are then developed company-wide to ensure every person feels accountable, equipped, empowered, and motivated to achieve their personal best. I work closely with leaders to ensure that new strategies are adopted and activated robustly, with buy-in and enthusiasm by all team members.
